Welcome to TRS Academy. By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in training provided by TRS Academy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- Students must be at least 18 years old or have written parental/guardian consent to enroll.
- Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and registration is completed.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Tuition and fees must be paid in full (or on an agreed payment plan) before classes begin.
- Refunds are only available if requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
- No refunds will be issued after training has begun, but students may transfer to a future class if space is available.
3. Attendance & Participation
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in hands-on training.
- Excessive absences or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
4. Certificates of Completion
- Certificates are awarded only to students who successfully complete all training requirements.
- Completion does not guarantee employment but does demonstrate readiness for entry-level HVAC opportunities.
5. Safety & Conduct
- Students must follow all safety rules and instructor directions when handling tools and equipment.
- TRS Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment.
6. Tools & Materials
- Students enrolled in packages that include a toolkit will receive it during training.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tools are the responsibility of the student.
7. Mentorship & On-the-Job Training
- Opportunities for mentorship and job placement are based on availability and student performance.
- TRS Academy does not guarantee employment but may provide guidance, recommendations, or referrals.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- TRS Academy provides training and education but cannot guarantee employment, income, or business success.
- Students assume responsibility for applying the skills learned in real-world environments.
9. Privacy Policy
TRS Academy respects your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment will only be used for registration, certification, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
10. Amendments
- TRS Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
